Policies to stimulate cycling are discussed in plenary

Cities around the world are creating alternatives of free carbon transport. To face the traffic jam, Paris, London, Amsterdam and Sao Paulo have policies related to cycling, which helps reduce the emission of pollutants and could be a way to escape at the rush time. System of bicycle, cycle lanes and another investments and infrastructure can be adopted and expanded by the cities of C40, it guided the presentation at the session moderated by the development minister of Buenos Aires, Daniel Chain. As speakers were presented Eveline Janknoff, from Amsterdam, Anne Hidalgo, from Paris, Altamirando Moraes, from Rio de Janeiro and Suhun Jeong, from Changwon.
